Don't come here!!!! It's just not worth losing this hidden gem! A/ small eatery, the food is just great, the service is kind. Quite possibly the best breakfast joint in the North End that doesn't break the bank!

Great food and service with a friendly staff. The restaurant is small, but the ambiance is very nice.

The food here is amazing. Every single bite of pancakes had chocolate chips and bananas. The bacon was crispy. The French toast was so good. And the steak and eggs were a hit too. The servers and staff were super friendly and helpful. We went with their suggestions and loved it so much we came back the next day for round 2. It's a cozy place as the name says but enough space for small and medium sized groups.

When the rain started in Boston, we ducked into Theo's. We sat out the rain and ate some amazing food! Half of the group wanted breakfast, the other half wanted lunch. That was no problem at Theo's! The portions were large and the staff (including Theo) was so friendly and attentive. We loved the experience and will return!
